Investment Casting

Investment Casting (or named Lost Wax Casting) offers numerous advantages, these include:

Freedom of design

Near net shapes

Good dimensional accuracy, removing the requirement of machining in many cases

Total production flexibility, accommodating both high and low volume

Most pourable metals and alloys

Our investment casting (lost wax) operation started in 1993. Now we employ 280 people, and work in a facility of 3,500 square meters.

We can cast components in most steels and alloys to produce intricate and metallurgical accurate castings with tight tolerance.

The demand of investment casting parts has remarkably increased, especially from overseas buyers. Similar to sand casting, high intense labor is required,  this makes us unique advantage for cost conscious customers. In spite of freight cost and custom duty incurred, they still benefit much from offshore procurement.

These inherent advantages of investment casting, linked with our company's versatility, offer customers in wide ranging spheres of activity, a unique opportunity to place large or small projects in the confidence that their demands will be met promptly, efficiently and economically by us.
