Sand Casting
Similar to the process of investment casting, sand casting involves the compacting of sand onto wood or metal pattern halves. When the pattern is removed, melted metal is poured into the resulting cavity.
Some unique advantages of the process include:
- Almost no size, weight or shape limits
- Low tooling cost
- Good lead times
- Suitable for all alloys
Sand casting, our first business unit, started in 1982. Now it has developed into a sacle of 1,000 employees working in a facility of 5,000 square meters.
Owing to highly intensive labor, our factory can produce low cost but high quality sand casting parts to our customers.
